Delivery Information:-
IMPORTANT: Multipanel orders are dispatched directly from the manufacturer and delivered by a single courier to the kerbside. It is essential to have one or more physically capable individuals available during delivery to assist in moving the items indoors.
For optimal condition, panels must be stored flat and in an indoor environment to prevent any warping.
Upon delivery, it's critical to immediately inspect the panels for any signs of damage or visible imperfections. Each panel comes with a protective clear film covering the decorative side. Carefully peel back this film to check for any damage or colour inconsistencies, then reapply the film to safeguard the panel until installation begins.
Should you discover any defects, do not proceed with installing the panels.
Installation of the panels or modification of the profiles is considered an acknowledgment of their satisfactory condition and fitness for use. As such, we cannot accept returns or claims for any issues identified after cutting or installing the panels.
Before starting the installation process, condition the panels, adhesives, and sealants in the installation area or a similar environment for at least 48-72 hours to ensure they acclimate to the temperature and humidity levels.
