Delivery Information:-
Multipanel orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and delivered by a single courier to the kerbside. It is crucial to have one or more able individuals present at the time of delivery to assist in moving the items indoors.
To maintain the panels in optimal condition, they should be stored flat in an indoor environment to prevent any risk of warping.
Upon delivery, it's vital to inspect the panels immediately for any signs of damage or imperfections. The decorative side of each panel is protected by a clear film. Gently peel back this film to check for any damage or color inconsistencies, then reapply the film to protect the panel until installation.
If any defects are found, do not proceed with installation.
Modifying or installing the panels or profiles is considered acceptance of their condition, and we cannot process returns or claims for issues discovered after cutting or installation.
Before installation, it is recommended to acclimate the panels, adhesives, and sealants in the installation area (or a similar environment) for 48-72 hours to ensure they adjust to the local temperature and humidity.
