Delivery Information:-
Multipanel orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and delivered kerbside by a single courier. It is essential to have at least one or more capable individuals present at delivery to help move the items indoors.
To maintain the panels in their best condition, they must be stored flat and in an indoor environment to avoid warping.
Upon delivery, it's crucial to immediately inspect the panels for any damage or visible imperfections. Each panel is covered with a protective clear film on the decorative side. Gently peel back the film to check for damage or color inconsistencies, and reapply it to protect the panel until installation.
If any defects are found, do not proceed with installation.
Please note that modifying or installing the panels or profiles signifies acceptance of their condition and suitability for use. Therefore, returns or claims for defects cannot be accepted after the panels have been cut or installed.
Before beginning installation, allow the panels, adhesives, and sealants to acclimate in the installation area (or a similar environment) for 48-72 hours to adjust to the room's temperature and humidity.
